The Level-Up Squad

A Therapeutic Gaming Group for Highly Passionate, Incredibly Creative, & Brilliant Kids

The why.

Developed by a Registered Play Therapist™, this group supports the connection between a child's internal world and the everyday expectations around them, helping unique thinkers understand their brains and build authentic self-confidence.

In this 8-week group, we use video games to meet kids right where they are. Playing together creates a natural, low-pressure space for your child to lean into their strengths, practice handling big feelings when games get competitive, and make genuine friends who love the exact same things they do.

This group is built for a world where every child gets the support they need to feel seen, confident, and proud of who they are. Diagnoses are never required, and all unique brains are welcome

What you can expect each week.

Over the course of our 8 weeks together, we explore a different brain superpower each session, using cooperative video games to practice real-world skills in real time:

Week 1: Hyperfocus and The Flow State

We celebrate how deeply kids can lock into things they love, while practicing the "Pause Button Protocol" to make stepping away from screen time or preferred activities smoother and meltdown-free.

We channel big enthusiasm into a positive team spark, while practicing how to read the room's battery meter and comfortably shift into standby mode when waiting for a turn.
