Jenny is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and a Board-Approved Supervisor with over 25 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. At Capital Children’s Wellness Center, Jenny combines a calm and grounding presence with a playful spirit to create a therapeutic space where clients of all ages feel safe to explore, grow, and heal.

With a deep interest in interpersonal neurobiology, Jenny provides a neurodivergent-affirming perspective that honors each individual’s unique nervous system. She has a particular knack for working with the emerging teenage population. She helps adolescents and their families navigate the complex transitions of these formative years with confidence and connection.

Whether she is facilitating a social group or working individually with a client, Jenny’s approach is rooted in the belief that regulation and relationship are the foundations of wellness. Outside of the center, Jenny’s three adoring pups serve as a daily reminder of the importance of unconditional positive regard, a principle she brings into every therapeutic session.
